Charles Schwab's Digital Banking Solutions division — now known as Digital Retail — is the digital engine behind one of America's most recognized financial brands. A 450-person, nationwide team responsible for the digital products and online experiences used by more than 36,000 Schwab and TD Ameritrade clients.
The Managing Director of the division knew the team was capable of more. But capability without alignment is just noise. Silos had formed. Communication was inconsistent.
