This is a workforce analysis and change management study I conduced. It provides my findings and recommended solutions for creating a communications center of excellence – processes, workflows, deliverables and staffing – for a large benefits insurance broker.
As a result, I worked with them on implementation and evaluation of the project, as well as an expanded list of deliverables for the department. -
